Refund Policy

At All Boxes we are firm believers that consumer satisfaction is essential to a businesses success. All Boxes will replace and refund boxes that either:

  • Significantly different to what is expected/ordered, provided with photo evidence within 30 days of the purchase.

  • Not safe for consumption by the consumer (mould, stale, etc.)

However All Boxes will not replace boxes that have been partly consumed or clearly damaged by the consumer in an effort to gain a refund. For a refund to be issued consumers must give clear and decisive information as to what is wrong with the box they ordered. Whether or not the refund is to be issued will be at the discretion of all group members at All Boxes. If the consumer is still not happy with the result they can formally write a complaint in the form of an email to the All Boxes email account or post a hand written complaint to one of the group members.
